Not intended for children under 5
Our fidgets are not intended for children under 5 years old as they contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Some items contain small parts or moving parts. Adult supervision is recommended for all users. Not designed for chewing or biting. Keep away from children under 5 years and pets. Stop using if anything becomes loose, cracked or damaged.

Are fidgets toys or tools?
Both. They are fun to use, and they also support focus, calming, and self-regulation.
What's the difference between a flexi and a clicker?
Clicker Fidgets have a real keyboard switch inside that you can press.
Flexi Fidgets bend, twist, and wiggle â they donât have a clicker inside. Theyâre great for quiet fidgeting and sensory play.
Do you create all fidget designs?
Our products include a mix of licensed designs and original creations. Some designs are licensed from independent creators through their Patreons, and the creator is always listed on the individual product page. Any designs created in-house by Buzz Factory are labeled BF.
How long do your fidgets last?
We use high-quality PLA filaments and specific print settings to create fidgets that are designed to last for months with normal use. However, like any small mechanical item, consistent and heavy daily use can lead to a shorter lifespan.
What are fidgets used for?
Fidgets help keep hands busy so the mind can focus. Many people use them to ease stress, stay calm, and concentrate during everyday activities.
Who uses fidgets?
Our fidgets are used by kids, teens, and adults. Youâll find them in classrooms, therapy offices, workplaces, and homes. Parents, teachers, therapists, and healthcare workers use them every day.
Product Related FAQs
My fidget arrived unassembled. How can I fix it?
Sometimes fidget parts can separate during shipping if not glued. Unless the stem has broken or won't snap/stay in place, theyâre designed to be put back together.
 If your fidget's stem is damaged within 30 days of purchasing, please send us a support ticket via our Contact Us page for replacement.
Are your Silent fidgets completely silent?
While they are designed to be much quieter than our traditional Tactile "clicky" switches, the individual fidget pieces may still create a sound when they tap together. Please note that level of clicking sound (tactile or linear) may vary by fidget.Â
If your primary need is a truly completely silent fidget, we highly recommend choosing one of our Flexi Fidgets, which contain no clicking mechanism at all.
Can I customize Clicky and Quiet switches?
Because we are a small production printer, weâre also unable to customize a single fidget with a mix of clicky and quiet switches.
However, limited drops of mixed switches will be offered from time to time.
Can I purchase silent/quiet switches to swap out the clickers myself?
All fidgets are assembled with glue, meaning clickers can not be swapped out. If youâd like the Linear (quiet) version, be sure to select that option when placing your order. Quiet versions will be available in limited quantities for each drop.
I tried assembling my clicker/keychain, but the pieces wonât stay in place. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. If your fidget's stem is damaged within 30 days of purchasing and won't stay together, please send us a support ticket via our Contact Us page.
Orders & Processing FAQs
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders have a 3â7 business day turnaround for fulfillment, unless otherwise noted. This processing time reflects the handmade nature of our products and may be longer during new drops or busy seasons.
I received tracking information, but my package hasn't moved?
As soon as we print a shipping label for your order, you usually automatically receive an email with tracking information. After that, we finish preparing your package for pickup or drop-off with the carrier.
Because we typically print labels in large batches (100+ at a time), it can take 2â4 days for tracking to update especially if your label was created on a Friday. Please also note that once packages are handed off to USPS or UPS, there may be a delay before their systems show movement. Unfortunately, this part of the process is outside of our control.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Can I make changes to my order after itâs placed?
Changes are not guaranteed, but if you need to update your shipping address or request an item swap/addition, please contact us within 48hrs at using the Contact Us page. If your order has not yet entered production or been fulfilled, we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you do custom or wholesale orders?
We will take custom or wholesale orders on a case by case basis depending on regular production demand and volume of sales. We strive to make sure all current orders go out on time. Reach out to us on our Contact Us page for more information.
Shipping FAQs
What carrier and services do you offer for U.S. orders?
At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping methods:
- USPS Ground Advantage â 2-5 business days (most affordable option)
- USPS Priority Mail â 2-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express â 1-2 business days (fastest USPS option)
- UPSÂŽ Ground â 1-5 business days
- UPS Next Day AirÂŽÂ â 1 business day (premium UPS service)

Can I pick any shipping method if my order totals $65 or more and qualifies for free shipping?
No. Free shipping only applies to USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground if the total shipping cost is $8 or less.
My USPS/UPS tracking hasnât updated. What should I do?
USPS and UPS tracking can sometimes lag by 1-2 days. If thereâs no movement for 10 business days after your shipping notification, please submit a Support Ticket using our Contact Us form.
My package is lost. Now what?
If you believe your package is lost, please submit a ticket to us using our Contact Us form and we will promptly investigate the delivery status.
If our investigation determines your package is genuinely lost and has not been returned to us, we will file an insurance claim and replace your order.
As a mandatory part of the insurance claim process, you will be required to verify the loss of the package by filling out a brief, official form. We appreciate your cooperation in this required step!
My package was returned to sender due to incorrect address. Can you resend?
When we ship your order, the shipping label is generated by Shopify using the exact delivery address you provided.
If the mail carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you as soon as it arrives at our studio.
You will be asked to provide the correct address, and the cost to re-ship the package must be paid by you. We will send you an invoice for the re-shipping cost before the package is sent out again.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only offer domestic shipping. We are working hard to update our studio to accomodate international orders. Stay tuned.
Refund & Replacement FAQs
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. However:
- If products arrive broken or break within 30 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a replacement.
- If a material is unavailable, you can choose between receiving store credit or selecting another item of equal value. If youâd like a more expensive fidget, weâll send you an invoice for the difference.
- If an item breaks due to user error, it is not eligible for replacement or credit.
Approved claims are fulfilled within 15â20 business days.
